Demonstration of Erenewals |
Step-by-Step
Process:
| In essence, the system looks through all products, for the designated company, that share the same EPA number. Once the system locates all of the products that match the criteria, it displays them in the format listed below. |
| This screen illustrates the original state and product to which the product label was uploaded. Then, in the area below the blue bar, the process allows the user to see potential ‘matches’ for the original product. If desired, the user may insert a check mark. In this example, we will select one product in GA as a match, as well as IL (listed further down). |
| The user then clicks the continue button, and is then taken to a separate screen that confirms the products matched. |
| The user then has the ability to automatically assign the document attached to the first state to the newly ‘matched’ products in different states as well. From our example, We have the opportunity to attach our original product label submitted to OK to two states, and in this example, we will select to submit the product label to GA as well. |
| Once the user indicates which states to assign the original product label to, they click ‘continue’ and are returned to the screen that was used to upload the product label to the original state. |
| Listed at the bottom of the same screen, the user can see a new icon, illustrating the document(s) uploaded. If desired, the user can click on the PDF icon to view the label, or the user can click the Delete button to remove the document, if needed. |
| Once finished with this screen,
the user will click on the link at the top of the page for "Select
another product", and they will be returned to the list of products
for the selected company. The number of documents listed will
reflect the new submissions.
The user may continue with another product for required document submission, or they may click on the "UPC" link to submit UPC's to states. In our example, we will click on the UPC link for the same product. |
| The Submit UPC screen appears. In this screen, the user can enter up to ten different UPC’s for the selected product. In addition to each UPC, the user can enter identifying information, such as product color or weight. |
| Once entered, the user may click on the
button to 'Add these UPC's". The screen will refresh, and the
user may scroll to the bottom, to view all UPC's on file for the selected
product.
When satisfied with the data entry, the user may click on the link for "select another product" to return to the product listing. |

From this screen, the user has the ability to view the current Erenewal order, or they may select a payment option to continue. Once the order is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email from Kelly Registration Systems, confirming their Erenewal submission. Approval of the renewals will be confirmed by each participating state. The user may then continue with other products, or they may click “View Current Order” to advance to the ‘check out’ screen. |
