Demonstration of Erenewals
Erenewals is an optional, web-based process which allows registrants to renew products and/or licenses.  Erenewals provides a method for renewals to be processed electronically in multiple states, in a single transaction.  

The following pages are designed to give new users an illustration of Erenewals.

Step-by-Step Process:       

The User accesses www.kellysolutions.com/Erenewals via the internet.

   

The user selects the type of Erenewal program desired, and enters their unique username and password  (supplied by Kelly Registration Systems)  

   

The user then selects a state.  Only states with active renewal cycles will be included in the list.   

   

The user will be taken to a screen that lists all companies for which they are responsible for.  The user selects a company by clicking on the “View Products” link.    

The user is taken to a screen that lists the products currently available for renewal.  The user inserts a dot next to the desired option of renew, discontinue or cancel.  The user may enter comments specific to each product, if necessary.  Once all products have been updated, the user clicks on “Continue – Process this data” 

 

The user then has the option to attach supporting documentation in Portable Document Form (PDF) on a product by product basis.  For reference, the number of current documents attached is listed to the right of each product name.  To attach supporting documentation, the user simply clicks on the link for the desired document type, as listed below.

   

The user will then be taken to the screen where a document in PDF may be submitted.

    

From this point, the user may click “Browse”, and locate the appropriate PDF file on their local or network drive.    Once located, the user will click “Add Files”.  (not pictured)  In this example, we have selected a product label and a MSDS for submittal.   

   

 Once uploaded, the system will begin a process called Product Matching.  This process allows the user to 'match' or link the chosen product in the selected state to the same product in other participating states.   This Product Matching feature provides the user with a optional method to submit documents to multiple states, which reduces the time and effort of the user.  Product matching, and further information on Erenewals is described on the following webpage.
