Demonstration of Document Submit

Kelly Registration Systems’ Document Submit allows companies to upload required documentations, such as Product Labels and MSDS’s, to participating states, free of charge, through a secure environment. 

Step by Step Process:

The user visits www.kellysolutions.com/erenewals/documentsubmit and logs in via a username and password, provided by Kelly Registration Systems.  The password used for Document Submit is the same as the one assigned to the user for Erenewals and Submit UPC. 

Once logged in, the user will be given a list of all participating states.  Upon selecting a state, a list of all companies associated with the username (entered above) will be listed, as illustrated below. 

 
The user selects the desired company, and is then prompted with a list of all products currently registered within the selected state.  For each product,  the EPA ID will be listed, as well as the number of documents currently on file via Document Submit.

 

From the list above, the user selects a single product by clicking on the product name.  Once the product is selected, the user will be taken to a new screen, where they may attach documentation appropriate to the state in PDF (Portable Document Format.)  Document types may include Product Labels, MSDS's, 2ee Labels, etc.

 

The user clicks on “Browse” to locate the Product or MSDS file from their local or network drive, and links the PDF file on their local drive or network to the product on Document Submit. 

The user clicks “Add Files” to upload the specified documents.  Once the documentation is submitted, it will be renamed for easy reference and consistency, and will appear under “Existing" section as appropriate.  The date the document was uploaded will be indicated, as well.  The user also may remove a document if an incorrect file was selected, by simply clicking “Delete” to the right of the product name link. 

When the “Add Files” button is selected the user will be given the opportunity to submit the documentation to additional states.  This is a two-step process, which includes “Product Matching” in Step 1 and document submission in Step 2.  Step 2 will only be visible to the user if they are submitting a product label. 

 Step 1 – Product Matching

The user will be shown the current product that they are submitting documents to, as well as all other products in participating states with an identical EPA Id.  The user will be able to select from the list of products those that are considered the same product.  The reason this is necessary is because states may spell product names differently when in reality they are the same product.  The list of possible matches are shown under the blue heading and previous matches are show under the green heading.

Step 2 – Document Submission

In this example, the document being submitted is a product label submission.  It is assumed that other documents, such as MSDS, are automatically submitted to other states that are selected in Step 1, however product labels may vary on a state-by-state basis.  The user will have the opportunity to review the product matches that are made and select the states that the label should be submitted to.  Labels will include 2ee and supplemental labels, as well.  Select “continue” to submit additional documentation for the same product or select another product.  

Once the documents are submitted, the states are given the opportunity to review the documents.  The states have the option to approve or not approve the document.  Once the document is approved, it is available on the states kellysolutions.com website.
