Q: How does the electronic registrations process work?
A: Kelly Registration System has created an online utility that allows
companies the ability to submit new product registrations to participating
states. Fees and the registration data are
submitted from the registrant to Kelly Registration Systems, who then submits your
data electronically to applicable states.
The registrant will also have the opportunity
to upload any supporting documentation (such as
product labels or a MSDS) in PDF format. When Kelly Registration Systems transfers
the new product data and registration funds, they will also provide the
supporting documentation to the state.
Q: Why should I use this electronic process instead of the usual paper
method?
A: The process is more efficient than the conventional
paper renewal method, as multiple states may be processed during the same
on-line session..
Q: Is Electronic
Registrations really any faster to use
than processing my registrations by hand?
A: Our Electronic Registrations programs allows the registrant to speed up the
task via an
electronic, user friendly submission process. Although funds
for registrations may be paid by a check, debit or credit card transactions
truly are what speed up the process. By utilizing the ability to pay fees
by debit or credit card, the user bypasses the time consuming process of obtaining a
check within their company. In addition, debit or credit card transactions are
processed quickly, as there is no 'waiting time' for funds to clear before
renewals can be processed at Kelly Registrations, as well as at the
state.
Q: Will I receive my approval notice from the state faster if I use
Electronic registrations than if I send my registration in by the paper method?
A: The time for registrants to receive their registration
confirmation will vary by state, depending on internal procedures.
However, by providing the data to the state in an electronic format, states will
be able to review registrant data more quickly and accurately.
Q: Do I have to use Electronic Registrations during business hours?
A: Since it is a web-based program, Electronic Registrations can be accessed at any
hour, and any day of the week.
Q: Can I register new products when product renewals are due?
A: For participating states, new product registrations may be submitted during renewal
season. Participating states will apply your registration to the current
renewal year, or to the upcoming one, depending upon their statutes or internal
procedures.

Q: How difficult is the process to use Electronic Registrations?
A: The process is quite simple, and only require the user to have
basic computer skills
Q: Do I need a specific internet browser to use Electronic
Registrations?
A: Electronic Renewals is compatible with Internet Explorer 4 (or higher) and Netscape 4 (or higher)

Q: What renewal programs are covered by Electronic Registrations?
A: Kelly Registration Systems continues to add new programs to our
existing Electronic Registration system. For a complete list of programs
and participating states, please visit our Erenewals
homepage. Information on new registrations, as well as renewals of
existing registrations and licenses will be available.
Fees
Q: How much does it cost to renew registrations / licenses electronically?
A: The cost is very straightforward. The user will incur a convenience
fee for each product or license processed, based on a percentage of the
registration fee. This fee is applied towards
the operation and maintenance of Electronic Registrations and Erenewals. If
payment is made by debit or credit card, an additional fee will be applied towards the
balance due, in the amount of 2.4%, to cover applicable debit or credit card transaction
fees incurred by Kelly Registration Systems.
Supporting Documentation
Q: The state requires supporting documents to be
included with my renewals. How can I submit documentation with Electronic
Registrations?
A: As part of the New Registration process, (as well as Electronic
Renewals), Kelly Registration Systems has created a web-based program, Document
Submit, that addresses the issue of submitting documentation online. Document
Submit allows registrants to upload supporting documentation, such as product labels, MSDS's, etc., to the
state at the same time that products are processed. The uploading process
is similar to the attachment of a document to an email. The only
requirement of the program is that all documentation must be available as a PDF. (Printable
Document Format.)
Paper Trail
Q: Will I be able to print a copy of my renewal submission?
A: At the end of the submission process, registrants will have the ability to print out a
copy of their transaction, including the product names, EPA ID numbers, etc, of
the product(s) submitted for registrations. In addition, the registrant
will receive an email from Kelly Registration Systems, verifying the information
and fee submitted.
Q: Will I get a confirmation of approval?
A: Kelly Registrations will send a confirmation of your registration submission
to the email address that is provided by the user. The state will send confirmation of approvals
electronically or by paper format, depending on the state's preference.
Security Issues
Q: Does anyone else have access to my data?
A: Each company (or their acting agent) currently registered in the state is given a username and
password. Each company/agent only has access to their own
registration data.
Q: I currently do not have any
companies registered. How can I get a password for my new company?
A: At this time, Electronic Registrations is available only to companies
currently registered in participating states. However, we will be adding a
feature for 'new companies' in a later enhancement.
Q: I have companies already
registered in participating states, but I don't know what my password is.
How can I get it?
A: Contact Kelly Registration Systems by emailing us at Support@kellyreg.com.
Further instruction will be provided upon receipt of your request.
Q: I lost my password. What can I do to get it back?
A: As with the above request, please Contact Kelly Registration Systems by emailing us at
Support@kellyreg.com for further
information.
Q: How can I be sure that my debit or credit
card information is transmitted securely?
A: Kelly Registration Systems uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through Verisign for debit and credit card transactions,
to ensure that all information is transmitted over the internet
securely.
Privacy Policy
Q: Will Kelly Registration Systems sell my information (such as products
registered, email address) to anyone?
A: No. All data will be kept strictly between Kelly Registration
Systems and the
state.
Q: Will my email address be sold to
other companies?
A: The email address you provide during the registration process will only
be accessible by KRS and state personnel.
Payment
Q: What methods of payment can I use for
Erenewals?
A: Payment may be made in three different ways. The most common
methods of payment involve the submission of a paper check to KRS, payment
tendered via a debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
As a third payment option, ACH payments may also be accepted. For ACH
transactions (as opposed to wire transfers), please contact KRS for the
appropriate banking information.
Q: Since my registrations will be submitted electronically, will the state
receive my data on the next business day?
A: If payment is made by credit card, the funds and data will be sent
to applicable states on the following business day. If a payment is made
by ACH Transaction, the data and funds will be submitted to the state(s) one day
after the transaction has been completed. If payment is made
by check, the registration data will be held for five business days, to ensure
that funds are sufficient, and on the following business day, the funds and data
will be submitted to the state(s).
Q: Can I send Kelly Registration Systems my data, but send the check to the
state?
A: No. The payment and renewal data must both be submitted to Kelly
Registration Systems.
Q: If I pay by check, what is the
mailing address?
A: Our mailing address is as follows: Kelly Registration

This address will also be provided during the Erenewals process, once you elect
to submit payment by check. It also will be provided on your receipt, and
confirmation email.
